Shipping Policy for Live Fish

Shipping Rates:

  • We charge a zip code based shipping quote starting from $60-$100

Shipping Method:

  • All fish will be shipped using USPS express priority delivery services to ensure timely arrival, typically within 2-4 business days.

  • Fish will be carefully packaged in secure, insulated containers to maintain the appropriate temperature and environment during transit.

What Happens if Your Fish Dies During Transit:

  • While we do everything possible to ensure your fish arrive alive and healthy, occasionally issues may arise during shipping. If your fish do not survive transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

  • To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must provide:

    • Clear photos of the deceased fish.

    • Photos of the packaging and any signs of damage.

    • A brief description of the condition upon arrival.

Refund or Replacement Policy:

  • If your fish arrive dead or severely compromised, we will offer a refund for the cost of the fish or a replacement depending on availability.

  • The shipping fee is non-refundable

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification of the issue and may take up to 5 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package on the day of arrival to avoid any delays that could affect the health of the fish.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by incorrect shipping information, weather conditions, or mishandling by the shipping carrier.
